Finalign was founded in Sweden by two commissioning engineers with a combined track record of 435 MW delivered across six European markets. We exist to bring hyperscale-grade commissioning discipline through a permanent core team rather than a body-shop model. Our deepest specialism is in commissioning and project delivery on mission-critical infrastructure. We also bring competence to adjacent areas of project execution where that supports the commissioning outcome. We are honest about where our depth ends, and grow our capabilities deliberately as the work demands.
Engagements are led and delivered by our permanent team. We are not a body shop, and we do not operate as one. The team that scopes a project mobilises, delivers, and where the relationship continues, returns for the next project.
Where Finalign acts as Commissioning Authority, our accountability runs to the asset's performance, not the contract structure. Where we act in support of a contractor, our role is to strengthen the commissioning output the end client receives. In both cases, the commissioning opinion is the work.

Construction is still a people industry, built on relationships. Our team is selected for technical depth and for the judgement, character, and collaboration that complex projects demand. Backgrounds span mechanical, electrical, controls, and project management disciplines. We grow when the right person is available, not when the next project pressure says we should.
Mission-critical commissioning is a niche, and the senior talent pool has not grown with demand. Rather than competing for the same engineers as everyone else, we hire deliberately from adjacent industries where transferable skills meet our standards. Our founders have a real aptitude for spotting that potential, developing it, and building teams that work. The result is a bench broader than our headcount suggests, and a firm capable of growing without diluting what makes us effective.

We mobilise wherever the project requires. Engineers travel and stay on site for the duration of their scope. New markets are added when the project and the client warrant it.
